1. ORDER SYSTEM

a. Sample request
We will provide buyers with some samples as following conditions:

• samples request below USD 25.00 free of charges
• samples transportation charges is buyers responsibility
• design from buyer very welcome and will be exclusive for buyers only

b. Retail Order
For retail order (maximum 10 PCs) will send by air freight and every charges will be buyers responsibility

c. LCL Order ( Less Container Loading ) or Trial Order
If the buyers buy less than 1 x 20’ container, we could consolidate with other company where the buyers also buy product.

d. FCL Order ( Full Container Loading )
If the buyers buy 1 x 20’ or 1 x 40’ or 1 x 40’hc

2. TIME PRODUCTION
a.For 1 x 20’ we need time for production for 6 weeks
b.For 1 x 40’ or 1 x 40’ hc, we need time for production for 8 weeks
Order will be processed after receiving copy transfer of the down payment or copy of the L/C

3. PACKING SYSTEM
Our standard packaging system is using corrugated paper or single face. If buyers want others system, buyer must pay the additional cost

4. PAYMENT TERMS
a. Payment by T/T

• Please fax copy of the applicant to 62-271-624704 or scan it and email to bycanindo@indo.net.id.
• To start producing the order, please send 40% down payment of the total sales contract
• The balance payment 60% paid max 10 ( ten ) days after shipment or copy of the B/L
• Transfer can be done through our bank

b. Payment by L/C
The L/C should be fulfilling the following criteria to avoid later costly amendments:

• Irrevocable
• Payable at sight
• Confirmed ( must be added by advising bank )
• Issued from recognize bank
• Latest shipment 2.5 month
• Credit valid for 3 month
• Expiry place is Indonesia
• Partial shipment allowed
• Transshipment allowed
• Bill of Lading consigned to order of issuing bank
• Fees and banking charges are to applicant
• Documents are to be presented to advising bank
• Clearly against following document only
• Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10%
• L/C should be advised through our bank
